All merchandise sold on this website is custom printed on demand. Because each item is made specifically for the customer, we do not keep inventory.
Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Ordering the wrong item or color
We strongly encourage customers to review sizing charts carefully before ordering.
Damaged or Defective Items
We will replace or refund items if:

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Refunds (If Approved)
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If an item qualifies under our damage or defect policy, a replacement item will be sent.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:
